1) Once purchased our graphic design team will contact you via email

2) You send us your desired photo

3) Our graphic design team will check the image quality and send you proof of what your custom Fwrap will look like

4) Once approved our workshop will start working on your custom Fwrap, create your masterpiece, and get it shipped out to you!

Recommendations:

- The photo must be clear and of sufficient resolution (at least 1000x1000px)

Attention: In the event that you are not satisfied with the result of the picture on your Fwrap, no return or refund will be made. The photos displayed on our product page and in our comments are given for information only. It is up to the customer to provide an image of sufficient quality so that the final result can be optimal. In the case of unsatisfactory final result, in 95% of the cases, the main reason is due to a photo of poor quality, poor resolution, with poor lighting, or too low a level of detail.

1. Place the Fwraps into the freezer for 60 minutes.

2. Take one of the Fwraps and fit it into the jacket.

3. Place your wine bottle into the Fwrap jacket. This will keep your wine cool for 2 hours.

4. Simply repeat the process with the second Fwrap, and re-freeze the first one.
